It's a typical Japanese Noodle Stopper, a figure designed to lean on the containers of precooked noodles! Lei Lei is the eastern name of the character that in the West we know as Hsien-Ko. She's one of the main fighters of the Darkstalkers saga and she was introduced for the first time in the video game Night Warriors: Darkstalkers' Revenge along with his sister Mei-Ling (called Lin Lin in Japan). Her supernatural powers are inspired by oriental legends about vampires called Kyonshi in Japanese. Lei Lei became one of these beings to save her mother's soul from darkness and since then she fights against her own nature to not become a monster. For this she receives the valuable help of her sister, who transformed herself into a paper talisman to keep the dark part of Lei Lei at bay.

It's a Chinese-inspired suit in dark blue and fuchsia colors. Lei Lei's skin is a pale blue color because of her supernatural nature.
