3x3 Eyes, originally known as Sazan Eyes, immerses us in the story of Yakumo Fujii, a young man who works as a waiter and has to fend for himself after his family's disappearance. However, his life changes drastically when he meets Pai, a Tibetan woman who claims to have been sent by Yakumo's father with a peculiar request: to help her become human. Pai belongs to an ancient race of three-eyed demons, the Sanjiyan Unkara. After a tragic incident, Yakumo is resurrected by Pai and becomes her loyal servant, starting together an adventure in search of humanity and facing demonic threats that want Pai's immortal power. Among them, Kai Yan Wang and his powerful servant, Benares, who plot dark plans to dominate the world of 3x3 Eyes.
